"Superb"
Staff very welcoming and friendly. Let us check in early. Room was bright and comfortable. Bathroom is clean and modern. Very quiet at night. Restaurant is excellent with great service. Excellent location close to Rosebank Mall with shopping, pubs and restaurants as well as Gautrain. Highly recommended.

It is centrally located in upscale Rosebank. easy Uber ride to museums and walkable to African arts & craft center at the bottom of Rosebank mall. Breakfast is included and there is a delicious buffet spread AND a menu to order from. They aim to please and will customize your breakfast to your liking. Front desk staff are knowledgeable and will help you organize your outings and transportation.

The location was perfect and central, the staff were AMAZING, very friendly, helpful, and authentic. Now I am not exagerrating, the best (and I mean literally the best) pizza my partner and I ever had. I still daydream about that pizza on the regular. Security is vigilant and consistent as well as really friendly. We've already decided, when we go back to SA that we'll stay at Clico.

The hotel is in a good location, has back-up power and very pleasant staff. Our airport transfer with Dan was most efficient and we used him for all our local trips (walking even short distances in Joburg is not pleasant).

Breakfast (and the rest of the meals) were delicious. They offered both a buffet and a freshly-cooked option for those on the run for tours and for those with more time on their hands. We also had lunch there and the menu was both varied and delicious.
